Our Financial Coach (established by Tope Ganiyah Fajingbesi in January 2013) is your personal guide to understanding, establishing and implementing smart and sustainable financial goals. The main mission of the company is to produce programs and publications that inspire individuals and organizations to adopt deliberate and effective actions, which result in financial, mental and emotional success. Our mission is to build strong, stable and progressive communities by inspiring positive change in individuals, especially women, immigrants and other minority and disadvantaged groups.

Tope Ganiyah Fajingbesi, an international chartered accountant and a certified public accountant based in the Washington DC metro area. Tope over 22 years accounting and financial management experience from big four accounting firms, fortune 500 corporations, labor unions, nonprofit organizations and academia in the USA and Africa. She holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School in Emory University in Atlanta, USA (2003). She is very passionate about educating individuals and  small business owners on how to live their best financial life and operate financially efficient ventures. Tope invented the “money color,”  a revolutionary system that helps individuals understand and improve their relationship with money. The money color phenomenon has evolved into a whole book titled – “What Color Is Your Money?“
